Benies Season One — Sponsored Assignment

Welcome

Season One is a limited 60‑day participation period that begins once Benies reaches 3,500 active paid members.

During the season, selected members will be invited to take part in a hosted staycation experience organized and funded by Benies. This is not a giveaway or contest prize. It is a temporary participation assignment designed to introduce the Benies experience through real member activity.

Members are never required to promote, advertise, or perform. The assignment is simply to take part in the stay as a Benies member.

What Selected Members Receive

Each Season One assignment includes:

• Two‑night hosted stay at a partner hotel or resort
• Hosted dining and on‑property amenities during the stay
• A curated experience suitable for individuals, couples, or families

Three (3) members or households will be selected during Season One.

How Members Become Eligible

You are eligible if:

• You are an active paid Benies subscriber
• Your membership remains active through the end of the season

No additional purchase or payment is required beyond membership.

How Entries Are Earned

Members earn entries by completing verified Benies actions during the season.

Each verified action earns one (1) entry.

Qualifying actions may include:

• Redeeming a moment/offer at a participating location
• Each unique visit to a participating location
• Verified Social Media Check In using identifiable hashtags #benies #onepass

Benies verifies all entries internally. Social media activity is not required and does not affect eligibility.

Benies may apply reasonable entry limits per member to maintain fairness.

Selection Process

At the end of the 60‑day season:

• All verified entries are compiled
• A limited number of members are selected from eligible participants
• Selected members are contacted directly

More entries increase eligibility but do not guarantee selection.

The Assignment

Selected members will enter a temporary 7‑day Hosted Participation Agreement.

The assignment includes:

• Staying at the hosted property
• Experiencing dining and amenities
• Answering questions honestly if asked how the stay was arranged

There are no posting quotas and no promotional requirements.

Benies may request a short private feedback questionnaire after completion.

Assignment Conditions

• Non‑transferable
• No cash value
• Travel to the property is the participant's responsibility unless otherwise specified
• Experiences may be substituted with comparable accommodations if necessary
• Participants must comply with property rules and reasonable conduct standards

General Terms

Participation in a season does not guarantee future selection.

Benies may modify, pause, or cancel a season if operationally necessary.

Failure to maintain an active membership voids eligibility.

By participating in Season One, members agree to these terms.
